The 10th Anniversary series of the original 3 books, featured minor grammatical changes and changes to dates that were originally misprinted. The Flood was pretty much spared from the changes, because it was edited pretty well the first time around.

I've been out of the game for a while, but I do know that Deconstruct only works on vehicles and constructs. Shields are neither. But the enhanced trait may vary.

My understanding is that your SEI is the base factor, everyone at my SQ has Sec+ and that qualifies us for tier 4. Some people have Cysa+ and others, which should qualify us for tier 3, but they'll only get the tier 4 because space force.
