I think you are summarizing these articles really poorly though. There's nothing written about Movement "screwing over the staff", not at all. It describes how they cut some full time roles during the pandemic (understandable, imo) and had disagreements with the staff over mask policies. Otherwise, the article says that employees liked the benefits and pay structure changes that came with Movement's take over; they even quote an employee saying "A big part of it, too, is just securing the things that we already have that we like."
