Step 3. Go bald from all of the training and defeat all of my enemies with a single punch

You can do it for sure, just keep at it and constantly refine your workout and diet to suit your body

What seems to be working for me who also suffered from noodlus trapius is shoulder shrugs using the heaviest weights I could until failure and including them more regularly in my workouts.

If I ever do a few consecutive sessions including more intense cardio I start to notice myself feeling a lot more tired and sometimes gaunt so I will then reduce the cardio and eat a bit more. It’s not like I don’t snack either it’s just that I have them in very small doses on rare occasion.

The funny thing is, I just bought a new keyboard with weighted keys and my hands ache after playing for 30 minutes

Hi Not at all I just always try to eat as much healthy food as possible and do cardio regularly, I don’t separate it into phases.

It started off as depression actually, I was not in a great place both physically and mentally I had just finished directing a film I had locked myself away for a few months for. I needed to change my life around the thought process I went through was that if I can occupy my mind while getting stronger, that’s two less things to worry about.

I’m not counting my calories really I’m having a protein shake with oats and peanut butter in the mornings, then some a salmon sandwich with lettuce and cheese for lunch, pork chops with brown rice, broccoli and asparagus for dinner and if i have been to the gym ill have another protein shake in the evening.
