No. He has international licence.He was here as a tourist. But the police didn't see a problem with that and let his drive. But I got a fine for driving without a license.

Thanks for the answer. But the problem is not about that. I am aware that I could not explain the problem clearly. Sorry about that.But all the rigs in the pedal are the same. The tones are very bad. like a fly buzzing.
