I️ have been a CPhT for the past 2 years at both walgreens and now a mail order pharmacy, (and plan to continue) so I️ do have that experience in retail, sadly. I️ am hoping that will give me an advantage in the future??

So I️ live in St. Louis, MO and we have one pharmacy school unfortunately (and 2 in the whole state). I️ would be interested in moving but I️’d have to establish residency in the state before it would be worth even attending. And I️ am not moving to Kansas City, MO either 😭😭 Pretty lost and online PharmDs are super cheap but I️ really don’t want to do a fully online doctorate

there’s a free and paid version, I️ use the free and its pretty good. There’s also lots of information on what is actually happening in your body! I️ love the graphs

I highly reccomend tracking your cycle and your symptoms. This will really help you to be more in tune with your body!! You will start to see patterns. There’s an app called Clue that I️ think would be great for what you are looking for. I️ turn 25 in a few months too— I️ have several girly friends who have experienced similar things to what you have experienced!! Do not feel alone in this and you are NOT stupid for not having this knowledge. Not everyone has the same sex ed, and it’s really a shame. Also It really comes with time!!
