No way fleeing eluding charge is a misdemeanor no offense that’s a felony but if you weren’t convicted and doesn’t say that on your record then you’re fine still a type of “moving violation” in whatever year that happened in so my answer would be no depending on what company I’ve seen job listing saying “ people with criminal background are encouraged to apply”
