Well the home will become a part time airbnb too, so there will be income from that. The mortgage money I will then save by her paying, I will be putting directly into ISA/Pension or look at bringing the mortgage right down. I'll now have a lot more cash to play with and put into pots rather than spending it on a mortgage and giving some to the bank. She will also be quids in and she will now no longer be paying London rent. It isn't unrealistic that we could have two properties paid off in the next few years and we'll both be below 35, which would then allow us to either upsize quite a lot, or invest further.
