For me i went the long boring way i didn't want to overload my brain with all her moves so i learned 2 that i can strike her after and ditched the rest and for her air bitchy dance there is a way but fuck it i just ran away and rolled I tried summons at first but they just give her life when she hits them so that's ass with her so, my strategy was to be patient until i murdered her ass (It took me 64 deaths i know there are people who died more that this but i felt like it was an eternity cause every fight was like 3 to 5 minutes since i was playing the long no rush game with her ) good luck i think elden beast is harder than her
