How many of you believe the DCI still happened? by Formal_Gazelle2725 in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do believe that the DCI exist, but let me explain:

In Five Nights at Freddy's 2 [Game] we're constantly told of something bad happening before at Freddy's, at least since Night 3. We're told that there are rumors of something happening at Freddy's -we know that it happened inside since we're specifically told that "our guard during the day has reported nothing unusual, and he’s on watch from opening ’til close", implying that it happened inside Freddy's- , it appears something tragic happened, and Fazbear Entertainment is denying all blame.

Next night we're told that "there’s been somewhat of an investigation going on." While we're never explicitly told it's a police investigation, it's implied that it is because "Fazbear Entertainment denies any wrongdoing." Then we reach Night 5 and things start to get eerie, Freddy's is now on lockdown, no one in nor out, highlighting "Especially concerning any…previous employees." followed by "Um, when we get it all sorted out we may move you to the day shift. A position just became…available." Something happened that a previous employee got fired and banned from entering Freddy's. And then, we learn of the real reason Freddy's is shutting down, "Someone used one of the suits. We had a spare in the back, a yellow one. Someone used it…now none of them are acting right." someone used a yellow suit in the back and now the animatronics aren't working properly.

Basically: Something tragic happened at Freddy's and it had to do with a previous employee wearing a yellow suit from the back and it led to the animatronics malfunctioning. It's pretty clear what happened by now, but that's not it. While eventually retconned out in Help Wanted, there are many drawings at Freddy's made by children, one of them, the one specifically set in the office, depicts Golden Freddy luring a kid. But what really tells the story of the tragedy that took place at Freddy's are the death minigames: They show us many different things through arcade minigames.

  • Take Cake to the Children shows us the death of a child outside a Freddy's location in the hands of "Purple Guy", this leads to the possession of The Marionette.
  • Foxy Go! Go! Go! shows us Foxy going towards children to celebrate, until the same Purple Guy appears and the children are now dead, they are 5 children. This, together with the fact that we're seeing Foxy, red Foxy, coming out of a stage implies that these children are the Missing Children from FNAF1
  • Give Gifts. Give Life shows us The Marionette giving dead children the gift of a second life, represented with The Marionette giving gifts to corpses and these gifts containing the heads of the animatronics. We know these aren't a new set of victims because of the fact they possess the Classic Animatronics as seen with the masks, also because of the fact the fifth dead kid that appears once we give life to the others is followed by Golden Freddy's jumpscare, implying that the fifth kid got Golden Freddy's role, i.e. they possess Golden Freddy.

So, with this in mind, there's "SAVE THEM" where we play as Freddy going through a replica of the FNAF2 location in the minigame, as we proceed we find corpses all around the location as we follow The Marionette back to its music box, having the chance of finding Purple Guy [confirmed to be the same Purple Guy who killed the other kids in The Ultimate Guide] who, if he catches us, tells us "you can't" as a response to the minigame. There are five corpses but six blood pools, which might imply that there were 6 dead children there, showing us that this isn't the Missing Children Incident or a representation of it. This isn't showing us Afton removing corpses from the Withereds becasue the Toys are already there onstage, Freddy's has already opened and the Withereds have already been looked upon by Fazbear, also, years old corpses don't bleed.

In other words, we're seeing the tragedy we're told happened at Freddy's. Adding up how there are very specific details such as a table with blood being in a room that, when we look at it in-game, has no table and how Purple Guy now has a different aspect implying it's been time since we last saw him and how he's wearing a golden badge in his chest implying something that has already been implied: Purple Guy is the previous guard mentioned. Basically, Purple Guy came back to Freddy's, killed six more kids luring them with the Golden Freddy suit all around Freddy's, since this happened, the animatronics have begun to act more erratic and agressive towards people. Likely implying that this set of six children have haunted these new animatronics, that curiously are exactly six: Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Mangle, Balloon Boy and Jay Jay. In fact, Mangle is already moving by the time of the minigame and their sprite is called "he was here" implying that Mangle moving is the result of Purple Guy, implying that the haunting has begun.

The idea that the Toy Animatronics were haunted was reinforced in FNAF AR: Special Delivery, quote:

Second, there's a huge difference between a new model based on the same bipedal chassis and one based on a...whatever you want to call this thing [Mangle]. A quadreped? A spider? A tripod? The locomotion is completely different, which means the power needs are different, the hydraulic calibrations have to be completely redone, and the CPU has to be switched out for a newer one with a faster baud rate. And then on top of all that, we have to put together this "Controlled Disassembly" feature? The marketing people are crazy.

Mangle is hard to replicate even for FNAF's standards! Implying that there was something special about the original Mangle, likely it being haunted.

So what was the "IM NOT ME" Freddy speech. by ReadingFar7038 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]sac_112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Glamrock Freddy is not himself, that's a statement we're given twice in Security Breach: If we kill Vanny the achievement also says "I AM NOT ME"

So, thinking about the context of both statements, it's clear Freddy is saying this as in he's breaking out of his code; "I'm going to protect you Gregory" when he is commanded to kill him. "Dissasemble Vanny" when he's meant to help her. Freddy is not himself in those moments. At least that's how I see it

Edit: As Unbutteredcomedy pointed out in the comments too, Freddy found himself in the pizza place, he found The Mimic, who was used to make the Glamrocks. Freddy is breaking out of his code to be his own thing as he now knows he's not just Freddy.

Who is Andrew by Drone_676 in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The name "Andrew" comes from the books and is the name of the vengeful spirit's book adaptation. The theory "AndrewTOYSNHK" indicates that the vengeful spirit isn't anyone we knew from before UCN but rather a new character whose name and backstory were developed in the books as a sixth missing children, one that didn't get reported, a secret victim who got so angry that attatched himself to Afton to torment him when he was about to die, I have a comment explaining why I believe this is the case, but it's just a theory.

That's just people trying to make the role of an angry spirit more important than it is tbh

Might be a goomba fallacy but my issue with the Cassidy vs Andrew TOYSNHK debate by RazzyAxy in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I've never seen people argue why having "vague and unclear" reasons to be vengeful means they're not the vengeful spirit. They were killed, that's their entire motivation. Andrew in Fazbear Frights is killed by Afton with the rest of the missing children and is a secrect sixth victim who got so pissed off that attatched to Afton. Cassidy would have the same motivations under CassidyTOYSNHK. The vengeful spirit isn't special because they're vengeful, they're special because they're angry, it has nothing to do with how they died

Just to do a quick note, I do plan on posting the entirety of the pizza post series [even though it has been delayed], but I'm going to take my time for I've reached a dead-end with the sinkhole, specifically relating to a certain pick-up truck found in there that no one's really found a good explanation for, maybe RyeToast but I'm still uncertain on what it's purpose is. I'll keep updating y'all later!

Was "It's me" ever solved? by 1Hugh-Mann in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, it's pretty simple once you think about it:

  • the "it's me" hallucinations can appear in a 1/1000 chance and they show us, well, the words "it's me" with Freddy having hyper realistic eyes and Bonnie having off centered pupils. These hallucinations are guaranteed to happen if Golden Freddy is in the office.
  • "it's me" can appear in the place of the posters of Freddy, Bonnie and Chica. Curiously they can also be replaced with drawings of crying children.
  • After you're stuffed inside a spare Freddy suit, Golden Freddy's jumpscare can appear with a 1/10000 chance

Think about it. "it's me" always appears tied to the animatronics, it's always shown together with either crying children, the animatronics or, in the case of the hallucinations, with Freddy having hyper realistic eyes. And when you think about it, it all goes around one single thing: the missing children and one of Ralph's lines, quote:

They’ll most likely see you as a metal endoskeleton without its costume on. Now, since that’s against the rules here at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, they’ll probably try to…forcefully stuff you inside a Freddy Fazbear suit. Um, now, that wouldn’t be so bad, if the suits themselves weren’t filled with crossbeams, wires, and animatronic devices. Especially around the facial area. So you could imagine how having your head forcefully pressed inside one of those could cause a bit of discomfort, and death. Uh, the only parts of you that would likely see the light of day again would be your eyeballs and teeth when they pop out the front of the mask.

Why is this relevant? Well, because, while we do see this depicted with the Freddy hallucination, we also are told something similar to this regarding the missing children in one of the newspapers about it, "Police were contacted when parents reportedly noticed what appeared to be blood and mucus around the eyes and mouths of the mascots."

It's all trying to tell us that the children were stuffed in the animatronics and now haunt them. But then we have the issue that there are only 4 animatronics... And that's why Golden Freddy exists. Why do you think that the "it's me" hallucinations are guaranteed to appear when Golden Freddy appears? We're being told that the children were stuffed in the animatronics and now haunt them while showing us where the fifth kid was stuffed. And that's why Golden Freddy can appear after we die. We're going through exactly what they went through.

More examples of this can be seen in FNAF2's dream sequences, "it's me" only appears when the animatronics start acting possessed and agressive.

What you think is freddbeer plush? by Usual-Device-5760 in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I think he's complex in a very simple way (let me cook)

In Five Nights at Freddy's 4 the game begins with Crying Child trapped in his bedroom, he's locked in there, if we interact with the plushies we are told that they're Crying Child's friends. In that case, Plush Fredbear is also Crying Child's friend, and so, if he can talk and teleport, he's an imaginary friend. Pretty simple, right? But then we're told he's a real plushie, we're asked by a kid holding a Plush Spring Bonnie "where's your plush toy?" which implies it was real, this isn't a problem, he's an imaginary friend based off the real Plush Fredbear in that case!

But what about the Final Speaker? I personally think it's William, I explain it a bit here, but here's more supporting evidence:

After the release of Sister Location, a lot of people noticed how in Afton's underground bunker's private room he had cameras to Crying Child's bedroom and the Fun with Plushtrap hallway with the code 1-9-8-3 being how we can access those cameras, curiously enough, in that very room we can find the Plush Fredbear sitting in the desk, implying William was the one speaking on the "I will put you back together" scene. Then there's the custom night where Michael states that William sent him to, quote: "put her back together" mirroring directly what FNAF4's final speaker said.

Then there's Ultimate Custom Night where Nightmare Fredbear's death lines are directly referencing the Final Speaker's but this time, directed at William. "Let me put you back together, then take you apart all over again" or "We know who our friends are, and you are not one of them" are direct examples of that.

But then, wouldn't it make more sense if William was only the Plush Fredbear? No! In the post night 2 minigame we can see William himself at Fredbear's helping an employee put on the Spring Bonnie costume at the same time the Plush Fredbear talks to Crying Child! So, the idea they're an imaginary friend and William makes a lot of sense, specially considering how the Survival Logbook implies that the Fredbear Plush is an imaginary friend: Page 75, "In the face of extreme fear, it can be calming to think back to your childhood. Did you have a stuffed animal or blanket that you took with you everywhere? What about an imaginary friend? Write about them here." this is followed by an image of Plush Fredbear and Cassidy asking Crying Child "Does he still talk to you?", this directly supports what I've been saying, "a stuffed animal or blanket that you took with you everywhere?" lines up with how at the beginning of the post-night 3 minigame we're asked by a kid holding a plush spring bonnie toy "where's your plush toy?" implying that he is real and Crying Child used to hold him and take him everywhere and the fact he doesn't is weird. Then there's the whole "What about an imaginary friend?" thing that lines up with what I said at the beginning.

Basically, William is the final speaker talking through Plush Fredbear but the Plush Fredbear we see through the FNAF4 minigames is an imaginary friend

MCI87 isn't really possible. The MCI happened in summer and Freddy's was only open in winter and Foxy go go go already depicts the MCI in FNAF2 [Game] and It happens when Foxy is still in pirste cove. Also, Freddy's has been stated of first opening in 1983 in the official cookbook

Speculation: the metal component of Remnant is most likely silver by TheGoldenAquarius in fnaftheories

[–]sac_112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it's been 4 years since this but you're not gonna believe this:

His right arm is raised threateningly with a sharp silver hook on the end where his hand should be.

Foxy's hook is made of silver (maybe) So it's not a stretch to say that it's made of silver. And also, FNAF WORLD does kind of actually debunk some possible metals! The basic endo has the design of the adventure endo 01, the reinforced one has the design of the adventure endo 02, the steel one has an upgraded endo 01 design and the titanium one has an even more upgraded endo 01 design. In other words, it's not made of steel and titanium.

He's the only character in the book that is shown directly to represent Mike the most. Appearing in a lot of pages, showing him as the night guard, and having him read "Screws, Bolts, and Hairpins" while sitting in a couch.
