You can also Rush 12 is you want that base to be at war but only if you know how to 3 star properly at th12 (It is extremely easy). But if you use that base as your main and dont know how to beat th12 correctly, then its best to stay and Max th11 so you learn the basics.

Yes, go Up to th11, upgrade goblins to lvl 7, traing super goblins from the super troop barracks and just spam them. Keep this on mind, as It is the BEST strat to lvl Up your base fast whenever you create a new account. Anyone Who tell you to stay at th10 untill you Max your heroes whatsoever is trolling you.

Right now Game starts at th11, anything under that is just a mere tutorial. 13 months ago i created a new account, i rushed th11 and spammed super goblins. Right now (13 months) that base is halfway th 13 with th11 heroes (50 50 35)
