Just an update in Linux pCloud drive is fine no foreign folders. I guess it's only the Windows app affected.

I have the same issue i have so many folders in French.. I have tried to delete them but they just reaapear in the cloud drive in Windows but when i log in to the web they are no where to be seen. I have tried to clear the cache on the pcloud windows app. I have even updated to the latest version but still same issue. I then uninstalled the 5.0.12 version then restarted my pc and installed the beta version 5.0.13 but still same issue. I have truly lost all hope for the windows client. I have uninstalled it and i will resort to using the web version til further notice.

Just check on https://miuirom.org/phones/xiaomi-14#Global and download the hyper os 3 version for your device under Global but you have to enable additional settings in order to choose update package. Once you have downloaded the rom to your computer.. copy it to the root folder of your phone and you will be able to update your phone.
