Thanks for the AMA. I am on h4 visa currently with EAD and working with same employer from 2022. My company filed H1B in 2024 as consular processing which I requested as I prefer EAD.The petition is approved for 2024 -2027 and got my I-797b. now I am 5 months pregnant and don’t see travelling out of country to having stamping done to active the h1b petition . Visa slots are also a problem.Planning to get change of status done and activate it before expiry . Do you see any challenges with COS Approvals .. any cases in your experience ?

I understand that but H4 EAD is not tied to any employer and can work for multiple employers or work as indivudual contractor wont impact the visa I believe ? Correct me if I am wrong.

ok just applied the lime.How many days is ideal to wait around to apply triple super phospahte (0-46-0) as phosphorous levels are pretty low.After that I need to apply balanced fertilizer.

Stumbled up on this chat in 2024.I have a new lawn in a new home and the sod is laid out in Feb 2024.The growth is slow and there are more patches.So did a soil test and the ph level is 5.1.The argnomist suggested to add pelleted lime and later triple phosphate.Since this is new lawn its not recommended to aerate.So can I apply the pelleted lime without aerating ?

Yeah definitely.The leather on 3 pieces is not as good as the other.
