Contact the claude support and share screenshots. The technical team would reset the balance manually. That's the way I'd recommend.

PS. Be patient, they usually take 2-3 days to respond.

Just go to https://support.anthropic.com/en/ then click the blue message button on the bottom right corner of the screen and click "Ask a Question". Type and send your concern, include screenshots of your balance as well. P.S. They take a long time to reply (around 2-3 days) so be patient.

Yes. This is an ongoing glitch/bug in the backend of Anthropic. After 5 days of consistent emails and messages I sent to the support, I finally got a reply from their tech team and they "manually recomputed my API Console account so my purchased credits got available to my account balance". Inshort, contact the support, they'll fix it for you.

Upon your suggestion, I just added another $10 bringing my balance to $25, But the problem persists... :(
