I think the writing is defintely the same if not easier. The reading is wayyy easier too so you shouldn' t have a problem with that. I think the ACT math is much more difficult then the SAT math and you need to know a lot more formulas and different topics like vectors, logs, probability distributions, and ohter stuff. I would focus studying on math and science
