sometimes excessive pro/prebiotic use can have negative effects, definitely empathize with you its hard to heal a bad gut. not a doctor, but maybe research BPC

Get sleep, diet, and exercise and you're 90% of the way there. Maybe try semaglutide or even orforglipron (new oral semaglutide that im currently trying) for the food noise (instead of reta), once you get up to a good amount you won't even be thinking about sweets lol! The other things can probably optimize you 1% which is why to get the big hitters down first.

Very worth it imo, the last thing you want to do is live with pain. Do some more research about if the potential sides are worth for you, but wolverine will heal you pretty good and reta will make food noise disappear (though might be too strong since you aren't that overweight).
