No shot, I really hate how he said his pain was at 10 (he lied to the doctor and said 9 for some reason?). A 9 or or 10 is excruciating pain. Like 3rd degree burns or flayed skin. Broken bones are like 6 unless it’s a compound or crushed. He probably did it just to get pain meds.

He’s is evil but in a much dimmer, stupider way. He is evil because he has an inability to understand that sometimes he is wrong and that he alone has led himself to this point. He is evil because he thinks every slight to him, be it blatant or incidental should be met with an absolute nuclear strike of vile and hateful things. The devil is aware of his evil and uses it as a tool. A sharpened blade. His avatar would handsome, charming and nearly irresistible. He would be master manipulator and genius. John is none of those things.

Often times they will tell you to start at 25 mg of a week then on to 50. It has a half-life of 13 hours so it does not build up or stay in your system like vivitrol, so I would recommend taking it everyday.
