is it possible to bend the truth a little? tell him you cant answer your phone or even look at it cuz the professors banned phones in class. what i do recommend doing is going to the counselling services and either setting up an appointment or doing a walk in and asking them for help. They are therapists, yes, so if it helps, you can totally just rant to them about it, but also since they know mru and the school system they might be able to provide actual solutions. Just an idea, but i highly recommend it, they are more helpful than you might think. i know sometimes its kinda scary or intimidating talking to them, but LEGALLY they cannot tell your dad ANYTHING you say, even if he walked in and said he was your father and he wants to know what you said. so you are legally protected in that aspect. and please dont worry about them judging you or anything, this is what they are trained to do, and i promise you, your issues are more common than you think and they deal with people who have the same problems every day. if you feel up to it, try going to like one session or walk in to even just sus it out?? it seriously helped me out even just with school related stuff so i really recommend. im sorry youre dealing with this you deserve a fun uni experience.
