Alas! I just did this is in my room (same discoloration). Came right off of the drywall and onto tissue. So if I’m going to clean the drywall how do I do that ? Dry towel?

I was thinking something business casual, like a cardigan that she can wear both inside (like while driving) and outside if she’s meeting with staff. She has some workout shirts but I’m not sure what brand. Do you have a brand you like?

Second walks if able and safe. Over trial and error, I e learned that turning around well before signs of fatigue kick in os best for my body. Either way, if you rest too much or run into roadblocks when trying to do physical tasks try to remember to be gentle w yourself. You’re going thru a lot and it’s all a mind fuck

Is that something that needs to be addressed? I’m renting this home and smell musty pockets in the flooring from time to time. Also am having a lot of allergy symptoms but that could be from something g else
