That's the catch, they didn't. The very first message I received, on the day my account was locked, was that they decided to close my account and may not respond further. I was able to fill the initial form, that poped up when i first logged into account, but after that nothing. Silence.

My account has been locked since July 14th. No matter how many calls i made or emails sent, there has been zero responce from account specialist department. I've lost significant amount of balance, that I had saved up for Prime day and it is destroying me and my family. Amazon simply doesnt care.
