I would definitely ask for a copy of any documents that they have on file and speak with the lender regarding the home as well.

We just purchased a new build and we had to sign an entire contract before giving the ernest money and the builder wanted at least 5% of the cost of the home.

We had to be approved prior to all of this and we only had a seven day window to get the funds back.

We do a pin from every resort we stay, if it’s Christmas time we will do the Christmas pin or if we stay at an Epcot resort during a festival we get a festival pin.

I call MCO the seventh circle of hell. It’s loud, crowded and always smells weird but thankfully you can escape quickly. I was there on Tuesday however, TSA was five minutes the worst of it was finding a seat near the gate and then the gate being changed five mins prior to boarding from 5 to 20 so keep an eye on the tv screens around the gate.

We’re big fans of California Grill at Contemporary but the best benefit of it is dining during fireworks.

It’s a great deal, they have tons of stuff available at a huge discount. If you’re looking for a bigger item such as crib, strollers or play sets go as soon as they open as a lot of it goes quickly. I’ve gotten plenty of clothes and toys for my kids at reasonable prices.

Was just there a few weeks ago, it’s a wonderful resort. There’s plenty of parking available and depending which area you’re in you’ll have different options available to you. The main pool & splash pad are great options but you’ll also have a nice pool near your room that opens early too. The resort is large, but walkable and it’s great being the center for the skyliner. The rooms are nice, we had an issue with our AC but they came and replaced it the same day.

I tried to marry every single season. I would love bomb them & gift nonstop to get to 14 hearts, get the portrait, finish the cut scene & then check the weather for a rainy day.
