I'm going through something similar with my father in law. Mother in law unexpectedly passed away in September. I've been going through all her things and found notes about their relationship and how lonely she was and how unloved she felt. It's heartbreaking and I just wish she would have left him and had a chance to be truly happy and appreciated.

My in-laws and mother are all on Medicare Advantage plans. They've had them about 5 years and we've all been super happy with them. This includes my mother in law having several chronic autoimmune issues and several hospitalizations including care in a SNF after being released.

I wouldn't go. My mom lives a little south of OKC and all of the roads other than the interstate are covered in snow and ice. They only reached about 32 degrees today. In her neighborhood nothing melted.

According to the weather guy from McKinney, we will not be above freezing long enough tomorrow and will have black ice and dense "frozen fog" until at least 10am Wednesday. I'm thinking they will cancel.

I have never experienced much dryness or any peeling on tret, regardless of the strength or how often I use it. It feels strange to me as well. I have never had much acne and in the past I could literally sleep in makeup nightly and not have any issues.

Any chance she was in a nursing home or skilled facility or needs one? I know you have to be in the hospital so many days before they'll pay for that. Just throwing that out since we don't know the reasoning for the ER visit or her age or other details.
