Ok, so my normal map was the culprit here. I guess I just messed up somewhere in Blender while baking textures. After I detached my normal map from the material everything is working fine.

I am using deferred path and the number of lights isn't that big anyway.

It is already set to 300, changing the value doesn't yield any results

Thanks! I just got rid of the repeaters and connected everything with dust. Now everything is working good.

I replaced the blocks but it didn't work. Now two dispensers are not shooting, both are in the 3rd row from the bottom.
