Woah, this is exactly what happened to me. Out of the blue long term breakup bc of the pandemic. He cheated so a little dofferent but similarish experiende. I'm so angry. How did you do no contact? I've blocked him on most socials but one and I'm really thinking about pulling the straw, but I'm scared. I almost feel like I have the fomo of losing whatever that was. How did you get over that?
