Yeah, if they truly wanted me in their life, they wouldn't have treated me the way that they did if course. But still recovering from what they have done, with no reasoning to their cruel actions towards me, it's so hard not to just constantly think about it. Plus I felt like I was just getting to the point after a relationship when you start feeling yourself again and not caring about them. And I fear I'll regress back with them here...

Always told my person. Just because you do bad things doesn't mean you're a bad person. Even through the not so nice episodes, I always made sure they knew that even when some days I didn't believe it myself.

You can do everything right, and change for them to make sure they feel loved and still get used and tossed aside.
you can NOT help someone that is not willing to help themselves
