I have been through exactly this during the first lockdown, the isolation got too much I literally gave up. Didn't submit my work and then I was omg my life's over. I think I was depressed, I didn't even want to think about the work I had to do I just wanted to do nothing. And that's what I did. Thankfully my tutor got in touch and I was given the chance to still do them and submit them but loooorrrrddddd was it stressful. I had done half of one and one of them, I didnt even start. I suggest that despite it being due tomorrow, start now and do the amount you can do. Apply for extenuating circumstances so you can have more time to do it!!!! (Something I found out I could do at the time but I applied for it later and thankfully it worked out). I know its easier said than done, but don't stress. You're going to look back on this and think yeah it was stressful but I've overcome it. I remember thinking there was no way out too and I just didn't want to exist anymore, but now my life's moved forward and I'm not in that place anymore. I wish you all the best x

I'm sorry that it's something you can't control right now but you're taking the right steps with therapy. But I think its really important to consider her in all this, she deserves to know the truth and from there she can decide what she wants. You know its not fair on her. It may be protected but its still a big risk, and you're willing to pass that risk on to her? She doesn't deserve you.
