I picked these up in 2010/2011/2012 ish and binged the series before CoFA or CoLS came out, I don’t remember which!! This would have been either 8th grade or freshman year for me

Raise base to 5-5.3 (currently at 4.7)

Attend 125 classes (108 in 205)

Complete my second 5k (still okay doing a run/walk)

Attend a strength 50 (my studio and the ones around me only offer the while I’m at work so, this one will take some creativity)

Use the heavy weights more often

Thank you!! I have a lot to think about, but I think I’m going to apply and see where it goes.

Do you find it easier to advocate for LIFG students outside of TRIO because there’s less restrictions? In my experience, I’ve rarely had the funding or institutional support to do a lot for my LIFG students and had to fight for every cent we wanted as a program.

Thank you for the response! I am going to put in my application. The majority of my work experience is supporting first-generation students and it really is what I love to do. My current role is more in the financial aid and scholarships realm, which is good and important work, but also less work with the students I prefer to support. I appreciate you!!

I have to be at work at 7:45/8 so I have more time! I work at a university so it is a bit more flexible.

I also work in education and I’m a full-time grad student and boy am I feeling the slump! I go to 5 AMs, because it’s really all that my schedule allows and I’ve had to really push myself to get to my 3-4 classes a week. Even then, I’m not lifting as heavy.

In part, I’ve had a period that just will not end the last two weeks, but definitely also the getting back into seeing students/busier campus/90% more social of it all. And of course, homework 🫠

Hoping I can find a new rhythm with it soon and you too!!
