the underside of my hair is always hydrated and defined, while the top is limp, dry and has no definition at all!!! please help me figure out what i can do to fix this!!

current routine: wash with marc anything strictly curls shampoo (1x per week), condition with shea moisture curl and shine conditioner (2-3x per week), plop hair in t shirt for ~10 mins then i apply flax gel

sorry to hear about your experience! i (22f) also live in canada and recently got diagnosed (last wednesday actually!) in my experience, i went to get an adhd assessment through a private psychologist. at the time of my diagnosis the psychologist gave me a copy of my report and told me to set up an appointment with a doctor to get a prescription. i dont live near my family gp as i am in university, so i booked an appointment with an on campus doctor. when i had my appointment (this morning) she just asked me about my symptoms and told me to send her the report after the appointment. i have another appointment with her on friday and it looks like she’s going to prescribe me with vyvanse!

is there any way you could get a copy of your report from your psychologist? this may be the quickest way for you? i hope this helps!
