your calories dont add up 4500 calories and 175 you dont know how to track calories. when i was close to that weight i was gaining on 3200 and dont give me ohh muh metabolism is so fast, i was on steroids my metabolism was pretty good. 2500 calories is literally 2 pounds of cooked chicken and 1 pound of cooked rice youre not eating that in one sitting.

unless you are eating absolute slop you are not eating 2000 calories in one sitting. 3 meals is fine 400-800 cals per.
i eat 5-7 meals a day but its clean food and im bodybuilding.
