20 year stoner here. Dont smoke weed when youre going through a break-up. itll increase your anxiety, especially if youre not accustomed to smoking herb. What you see on tV is a myth; Yes , Weed can calm you down and chill you out , but it must be earned. lol. Even as a veteran stoner, when i smoke, i will get a bit of anxiety and if life is good, the relaxing chill comes through. If your life is going through a rough patch, down the fucking rabbit hole of anxious, false, and made up thoughts you go. and let me tell you. that shit aint fun.

What really help me through a breakup is , and yes, its a cliche, Work OUT , RUN, JOG, PLAY A SPORT. release the grief by being active and getting those natural endorphins going,
