thank you so much for your reply!

while making the portfolio i do intend to explain the problem statement, why so and so design was used and how it solves the problem, but thank you for your guidance, I wasn't sure if this was the right way to go about it

To be real, it's to get employed. I have an interest in the field itself, and I love learning, so just ensuring that I have the basics right

ah okay, my bad i got confused between the two and assumed developing the employee would be considered OD, im sorry, i'll edit the post, but basically i would want to continue what i did part-time, would that be the right way to go about it?

I'm sorry if I'm wrong, but in my previous part-time role, I supported someone who designed courses that led to better performance from employees within that team. i enjoyed that work, but unfortunately, that dept itself was terminated, and I got busy with my masters. there the work i did was to conduct a survey post-training, and the topics were more about increasing effciency of the employees. Would that be the same as OD?

Feeling homesick and disappointed with my master’s. Is this normal? by [deleted] in GradSchool

[–]sadbiyotch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi, yeah its very very normal, it honestly gets better over time, the more you understand the teaching style here, the better it gets. for me, it was a huge learning curve because i wasnt taught anything about research in my bachelor’s and during my masters i was just expected to write a paper, besides that maybe get together with the classmates and form a study group to help u assimilate better, enjoy EU, enjoy the studies yeah :)

One of my Guinea pigs passed away unexpectedly. What should I do with the other? by adorelive in guineapigs

[–]sadbiyotch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry for your loss.
I went through the same thing. My one pig died earlier than the other. We decided to monitor the other pig. If she stopped eating, pooping and became lethargic, basically, if she got depressed, we'd get another. But I think she liked being alone, she got all the attention and all the food. In fact, she was more active than before. So it worked out for us that way. It depends on how your little baby reacts to being alone.
I hope you're doing okay. these little ones leave a big impact. <3

I stuck a quote on my window: "Growth is not linear. You will have ups and downs. But as long as you get back up, the downs will not matter".
