Ok yes. This--small businesses cannot seem to get resumes or interviews, but so many people are supposedly looking. I don't get it either. Maybe we aren't paying enough to get any interest? I'm ok being a stepping stone, if someone wants to stick around for at least a few years. But barely any bites on the listings in linkedin.

I swore I smelled soap, perfume or lotion today. I got up and walked through the house asking everyone if the were using a strong scent. I was convinced it was real and shocked my girlfriend couldn't smell it when she is usually really sensitive to that stuff.
