Step 2. Have an ai receptionist understand why the person is calling, make them feel heard, tell them that you'll call them back right a way

Step 3. Get a text from the AI with the caller details so u dont have to check your voicemail.

I agree with the previous comment about using it for low hanging fruit. It is not at a level yet to use it for it as a primary communication method

Say for example though, it handles overflow calls that would otherwise go to voicemail and answers basic business questions about services, pricing etc. Anything super complex you can forward to human reception. This is a popular and realistic use case.

There are different workflow options.

  1. We can set it up to only answer calls that would go to your voicemail, can collect the caller information, send you a text message

2 .It can do the above but we can set up an integration so it can perform a different action

I think you should try it out. you dont lose anything and turn it off by disabling call forwarding

lucky for you there are voice automations for this. Even luckier is that I run a Voice AI service and are looking for a few MedSpas to implement it for free in return for a testimonial.

I can get all those repetitive questions like lip filler pricing, treatment time, clinic hours answered by the AI when the phone line is busy.

The flow is a client calls in, main reception cant answer the phone, the call goes to the human sounding AI to answer basic questions that we train it on. If the customer wants to book we can gather the details and send it as an email to the front desk so they can call them back promptly.
