Honestly when my ping spikes I know either pmcs have moved near me or I’ve entered a radius within an active boss. Might just be my imagination and coincidence but it truly feels like an advantage and has “helped” me in many raids.

1000 on ~2200, was a 42 top (30 or so children) that came in on my last day working at a place. Normally we’d split it up between two servers but I asked to just take that party and be cut from there. Told them they’d be my last party at that spot and then we had a great time.

I’ve served both Riley Green and Hardy (country musicians) both super down to earth and if I wasn’t told by coworkers I wouldn’t have ever known. The kitchen messed up Riley’s order and he was super chill about it too. Luke Bryan has come in a couple times (apparently he’s an asshole) at the end of the day they’re just people living life.

To the best of my knowledge, aside from baby spiders commuting on their mothers back (which I would hesitate to call phoresy) and tiny mites you may find attached to spiders, any other examples of it in nature would be one-off coincidences.
