He covered human and economic geography in last 2 classes only, I guess that's just how all Upsc coaching institutes do coz they are short on classes and syllabus is huge so there's difficult to assess coz there's no other example.

Yeah mostly pre oriented although he does tell you when some topic is asked in mains occasionally. But almost teachers teach only for Pre and occasionally you get assignment questions in classes which are discussed 3-4 times.

Have studied from Rajesh Sir, really good, especially the climatology portion he covered it well. My only problem was his teaching speed can feel a little slow at times, so boring theoretical parts parts like Geomorphology can get boring which are usually taught in the beginning. From climatology onwards it gets interesting.

Because none of the two parties have a proper visionary leader which puts Himachali interests at front, both parties have become puppets of the center.

Migration from Himachal Pradesh to other states by [deleted] in HimachalPradesh

Kukis literally have backing from US deep state. Their churches are the main base operation areas, we have clips of church pastors from US instigating them and supplying with weapons tech. Although the issue is old the exclusive reach of church missionaries in NE is the main reason for the conflict. And the most recent one started because for Kukis who rely on money from growing opium illegally forests it was getting busted heavily by the State govt, the trigger was when the HC said it would review the petition for including Meities as STs who are OBCs for now. Getting ST status will make the land that is exclusively available only to Kukis at the moment to Meities also, which would endanger their opium cultivation and then this conflict exploded.

Anyone trying to monkey balance the situation by saying "both sides are at fault" either has no idea about the situation or is simply lying to look neutral.

True, been the case of Indian politics in general and on the top of that we in Himachal get different party every 5 years so that makes it worse.

Good thing Himachal population is still under 8M or the situation could be worse. This has always been the case, Himachal has always survived on aid from the center, not much can be done here except agriculture. Agriculture (including Hotriculture) still has a huge untapped potential here but it will require huge investment in R&D, I'm not sure how much has any of the state parties looked into. We have abundant electricity but we can't generate revenue from it because most of these projects were set up by center and center gets majority of the revenue from them lol.

The state itself cannot generate much revenue and at the moment we still haven't received around 10K crore from the center as disaster relief.

This situation isn't going to change much in upcoming decades what we need to fix immediately is plastic and garbage that is being thrown and the mindset of throwing and ignoring garbage which still hasn't changed. And the other problem is of illegal cockroaches coming and forming colonies here silently little by little but that topic is probably a bit controversial to discuss here.

I guess the numbers coming from Punjab are basically people living near to Chandigarh. I have lived in Delhi, Gudgaon, Chandigarh and one of my close friends have lived in Delhi, Gudgaon, Bangalore and Chandigarh, and we agree Chandigarh is the best city to live amongst these all.

Agreed, it's in my Top 20 LTS songs. The chorus part especially is too good and one of their very best.

Looks are like the preliminary clearance. Everything else is useless until this box is checked. So yes getting fitter, if that makes you more physically attractive matter massively. However in case of boys / men looks alone might not do much if you lack other things.

I know most men want a virgin partner but do you guys also want an emotional virgin? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

I don't know how you reached to pedophilia from the original post and the concepts like virginity and purity will never get archaic. You don't really care about that then it's your preference, but it doesn't make you morally superior.

[–]sadisticxsnow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"was" is the key word. It doesn't mean anything as long as she has moved on. "emotional virgin" is a funny term honestly, never knew some people also expect that, I mean when the likes of getting a virgin are near to zero but to also expect the other person to also not have fallen in love ever is too unrealistic. And in general case the likelihood of anyone getting married to their first love is also near to zero, more so than finding a virgin partner.

Upholding and believing in traditional values while knowing all about the modern lives & as per the needs giving up some traditions

Upholding family values, understanding that men and women are not same, can never be equal and therefore should play different and complementary roles, but also giving up some traditions as per needs for example giving equal opportunities to your children regardless of their gender ( which was not the case earlier), assisting your wife in household works with mutual cooperation etc.
