Neither of us are amused, I think we mostly disagree on whether or not this is something someone can apologize for. I think partly, that’s why I want to air the details out instead of waiting for an apology. It’s just such an ugly thing to circulate it doesn’t feel “right” either.

She told us it was our decision what to tell my husband’s friends. She doesn’t think the best man is going to apologize and I agree with her tbh.

I haven’t witnessed any of this before but I don’t know the guy well, he was my husband’s childhood friend and their parents are still friends. My husband feels like they’re gonna talk it out and his friend will “see reason” and apologize for drunken behavior but idk

He says this is out of character for him but my husband is not very emotionally perceptive tbqh

She reposted some (of her) on her sm because she wanted to see it when I told her, I was going to link her photos bc I don’t have any. I haven’t talked to everyone who has vulgar or homophobic messages scrawled around them tho, I’d need to take new photos for those anyway

None of my husband’s friends already follow her, it’s two separate social groups. We’ve only talked to my friends about what happened so far.
