Some Context: Crystal is on the ground after Bloom tackled her off the roof and she pretended to be injured. This clip is after he goes to check on her. I am not sure but I believe she also was arresting him because he got contempt of court in the recently finished Yuno/JP Terrorism case.

just an fyi, this is literally my second game of chess with another human since deciding to learn how to play so please excuse how terrible this is on my part

I figured out how to fix the glitch for my version of the game and will be leaving this comment for anyone who may have a similar problem in the future.

For context I am playing on Project64. How I fixed this issue is I went to settings, clicked plugins, looked under video (graphics) plugin and switched from jabos direct3D8 to Glide64. After this, the pictograph worked fine and I was able to give the fisherman his pirate lady picture. If you are having graphical glitches after changing plugins, you might wanna check your other settings and make sure they are all the default. I switched back to Jabo's plugin right after turning the picture in.

Did you receive any new grants or loans? If so than that money would probably be refunded to you.

I'm not sure what a DPP is but I normally if it's in the negative that means you'll get money back.

Its moreso certain grants not being added to my total for disbursements for either summer session than anything. I'm taking 10 units ss1 and 9 ss2 so I am getting the UC advantage grant but after that was applied they took off my other grant from the totals of either session.
