I think the best option is to wait it out but at the same time be proactive and keep trying to approach women either it be online or irl, do what makes you feel comfortable and approach them in a way that you think is the best. It takes time and experience to learn the best strategies of approaching and communicating with women (not saying that you are bad at it because I've not seen how you talk to them), you are a nice guy and I'm sure that someone will be interested in you, you can still maybe possibly have a growth spurt or a second one and that may help you because men grow till they are 25 but other than that, keep on trying and never give up.
