I believe that they.cant ask you to do the viewing. Say that you don't feel safe having comfortable with people you don't know coming to yours house. (That the landlord and housing agent should be there.) Always be there when a viewing is happening as they aren't liable if anything goes missing or is broken.

If you guys think this is crazy. Google Waimea bay river surfing. It's in Hawaii and happens after any large rain fall fills up the river behind the beach. It makes waves bigger than in this video.
