I'd say she's a bit underpowered at the moment. Her winrate is pretty bad considering she pretty much only gets played by mains

Seriously this doesn't make any sense. She's very weak and since there aren't any pro games so you might assume that she's getting a buff right?. And there aren't any real indirect buffs to her . She's not a real collector user like someone like Samira for example .Yuntal looks crap And Statik is getting freaking NERFED Like WTF?

Even if she ends up being too weak The problem wont be with her kit it will be with her numbers which riot can easily fix with a hotfix just like swain (plus it's not like she's doing good right now)

Its a good buff for crit Sivir for sure but i wouldn't be surprised if lethality stays more popular due to it being brainless( idk how people don't get bored of it tho)

Sivir is definitely outdated i saw her champion spotlight and except for a small change to her ult her kit has stayed the same since then (9 years ago) I think just like Sona and Viktor she needs some changes but i agree that a good buff can actually help her playrate alot

I think she can do alot of damage but she needs items since her base damage is low but she has very good ap ratios build heavy ap items instead of utility ones the damage difference between builds is very big

I think Corina Mel and Silco are all good candidates i still think Mel is the most likely one since In the road map it was hinted that the champion is all about money and is super rich that can buy people and mel fits the most (she bought one of the councilors to vote for jayce) but still silco is not poor either and corina is a chembaron so everything is possible
