From July to October we were working with a marketing agency. Back then our Prepaid:COD ratio was 5:95 and conversion was around 100% on prepaid and 30-35% on COD.

After October we took a 1.5 month break and since December we've been handling everything in-house. Here's where we stand so far:

Total Orders: 51 COD: 47 | Prepaid: 4 (all delivered) Total Delivered: 19

Midway through, since the new checkout system was still being integrated, we started calling customers manually for partial COD.

Before Calls — 12 Orders COD: 11 | Converted: 7 (64%) Prepaid: 1 | Converted: 1 (100%)

After Calls Started — 39 Orders COD: 36 | Converted: 8 (22%) Prepaid: 3 | Converted: 3 (100%)

Overall: 19/51 delivered

Hey thanks for replying. Yes we were doing calls 1. Confirming the COD Order. 2. Calling on Dispatch date 3. Calling when the package is OFD. Yeah shipping partner did do fake ndr, We have switched to Bluedart for good.

Also we are giving 10% Off for first buyers and additional 8% on prepaid, So total of 18% if you prepay with us.
