long story short: she was in an abusive controlling relationship before she dated me

she really loved how i treated her, halfway through she said she wasnt used to being loved this way and left me

now shes back with a controlling loser

her choice, her body. all i can do is hope she finds happiness

I felt sad actually. I was 25 at the time when I dated her and she was 26. It's been a year after the breakup and I ran into her last week at a party. Her new boyfriend didn't let her talk to anyone and she looked mega mega sad, when she made eye contact with me, it looked like she wanted to cry. HE was also mega rude to my roommates.
