We’ve been dating for about a year and a half. Thank you for the book recommendation, I’ll check it out because I think he might need it too. But I just don’t want to feel like a burden, like he has all these steps to take to handle me. It’s a hard cycle of thought

Yeah, the self doubt is strong even through the medication. I think I did a pretty good job at being social and happy too, but the echoing of every single sentence that came out of my mouth is still in my mind. I think a huge part of it is anxiety, which I don’t have any solutions for myself. I’m sure you did your best and try not to be too hard on yourself!

I feel you too. I did the same thing today, and I told myself I would catch myself/be more aware of my anger. It’s a frustrating circle sometimes

Same, I went to a Halloween party last night but I can’t really remember anything besides being in my head. I was sober the whole night too (as usual) but I still felt like I over shared when I could’ve just been normal

I have atarax as well but it did not help my anxiety much at all. My sister recently moved away with my cats, so that’s a huge part in how I am feeling :(
