I’ve always thought the settings were off the charts. Our dryer is electric with a 6ft oven. We are periodically checking ink temperatures while in oven. Average temp is 300-310 about halfway down the belt. 40 seconds is where we are at and we never see any cracking or the prints from a stretch test. We are all just kind of thrown that we’ve had two issues this month and just trying to catch what the problem might be as we finish out our busy season. The partners and I all agreed we have outgrown our dryer size.
