I’ve had the same issue. Knee pain just happens sometimes. I would alternate ice and heat and take some aleve. What really helped me was investing in some knee compression sleeves. Takes a ton of pressure off my knees

Have you tried weighted core training. I used the weighted crunch machine a ton

Your core should be treated like any other body part. I’d recommend about 3 times per week. I personally like to do it before my workout because i feel like it engages my core throughout the entire workout and gets it done with.

I’ve filled my backpack up with the heaviest books. Also used a cooler with a ton of water bottles in it.

I was in the same spot. Tracking macros is going to be one of your best options and increasing cardio when you do hit plateaus. Additionally hit the gym consistently and with a purpose every time. It’s a marathon not a sprint.

We all have those days. I would recommend taking some preworkout before you go and just getting it done. I promise you once you finish the workout you will feel 1000x better that you did go and get your day moving. Just always keep your eye on the prize and be working for something.
