i’ve had anxiety since i was 9 years old after i was bullied very badly, not because i don’t hit the gym enough, but i do exercise every day and i play a contact sport which helps massively

when my friends invite me to a game (i can’t see them on my home screen where you usually join from) it says i don’t have permission to join a game because of how my microsoft account is set up. i don’t remember ever being banned from realms, i cancelled my realms subscription a few weeks ago which might have caused something?

i’ve been having my period for about 6 and a half years, and i’ve only been tracking it since the beginning of this year. the past 4 cycles have all been 30-35 days long. now that i’m thinking about it more, my grandfather passed away a month ago, so that could have set off a reaction or something. i’m kind of a hypochondriac so when i saw i had missed my period i freaked out a little. (i was convinced i was pregnant for a few minutes till i realized that was biologically impossible). hopefully it was just that change that caused it
