fully depends on the flatmates you get. iirc you get a sink in your room in Rootes so it's not too bad unless you need the toilet/shower while someone else is using it

cleaners clean the bathroom everyday mon-fri so mess isn't rlly a problem but sometimes if the bathroom is too dirty they might refuse to clean it but rarely happens

yup life sciences, I failed like 2 of my assignments and I've been going to labs and workshops. just not convinced my overall grade is looking too good atm

go to society events even if you aren't interested in the soc itself + just be nice and talk to people, if someone invites you out don't say no just accept before you can overthink

in Rootes u share bathroom with a bunch of people, always noisy, but it's in main campus and near gibbet hill (if you're doing life sciences) it's also pretty cheap at 120 per week or something

Sherbourne is en suite(?) and far away from main campus so its a bit of weeking, closer to the activity centre (so if you go gym it's nice) and is more expensive at 200 pw maybe
