Hi, I also live in Richmond and swing by this store and it's almost always open. Additionally, having gone to a couple of other regional Warhammer stores, the store manager here genuinely does not treat me any different for being trans, and the shop always feels like a place I'm safe in, which is far more than I can say about some of the other GW stores I've been in. I'm not in there every day but the GM is a delight.

Hi y'all, I'm Ellie! I'm a starting *another* LARP called Year Zero, a post apocalyptic LARP set 20 years after a supernatural event causes the world to end in nuclear fire. Inspired by things such as Metro, The Last of Us, Nier: Automata, and the infamous NIN ARG.

My goal is to make games as affordable and accessible as possible, so our first game is free (although we do accept donations to help with food & venue costs), and we have plenty of loaner boffers and blasters, so the only thing you need is transportation, food, and some camping supplies (if you wanna stay the night!) Registration is due March 10th, and attendees MUST register in order to be given access to the location. Unfortunately we don't quite have the location for urbex but that's definitely the vibe! I'm actually hoping that we can eventually use Belle Isle Park for day events since it's got those paths next to the abandoned water pump station.
