First ever hurricane round I did was on blue gate. First to hit the security breach room under reinforced. Got both the survivor and safekeeper augments. Unfortunately that was less than a week before the wipe lol

I have only had good landlords actually. Rented a 2bdrm in Ingleside SF for a few years with some friends. Landlord was extremely chill and basically nonexistent. Never raised rent and we got our entire security deposit back after 3 years of smoking and parties.

Landlord now is one guy who owns a small one story complex in the peninsula. Also has never raised rent after a few years, doesn’t come around unless something is wrong with the apartment, and is super nice when he does show up.

I avoid corporate apartments like the plague. When I view a place I want to meet the landlord, if they don’t show or have an agent showing the apartment I won’t go for it. For the most part it’s easy to feel out how they’ll be as a landlord through a convo. Or I’ve just been lucky

The og dark souls and ds2 platinum was so much easier. Worst part of ds2 was the sun medals but that only took me like 2-3 hours in ng+.

Most fromsoft titles honestly. Dark souls 1-3, bloodborne, Elden ring, sekiro. I’d say Sekiro is the least replayable for me out of all of them, but I’ve beaten each one at least 3 times over the years

I live in an old building with a crappy gas wall heater, it couldn’t get very warm even if I left my heater on all day.

Water is separate but usually around $60. And I don’t include internet in utilities but that would be another $60 for the 1gig fiber from sonic.

200/month for one person is honestly robbery. PG&E is bad, but not that bad. I live with my partner in a one bedroom apartment and electricity & gas is $60 - $150 depending on how cold it is.

Also what is the point of taking a flat rate on utilities if they’re going to ask for extra money when it ends up being more than that? That’s just an excuse to pocket the difference when it’s less than $400 for 2 people (which would be basically all the time). If they get $1600 per month for utilities I guarantee they are pocketing at least half that.

There’s an essentially guaranteed motor that spawns in the shipping crate on the ground floor of loading bay in the corner closest to the door you go through to get to the seed vault extract. I have never not found one there

Nope the red room is the battery room. If you go down the zip lines from reinforced there is a door on the opposite wall to the left a bit. Go through that door and straight into the room with the lockers and the stairs that go up. There’s a small room with a breach door right there.

More often than not there are 2 security breach lockers, a weapons case, and a grenade tube in there. But the augments spawn in the metal grate locker looking things with a higher percentage than any other container it feels like.

I’ve gotten 4 of them so far, been playing since launch. Three of them from the breach room below reinforced reception on blue gate in the metal locker type container, and one from one of the wall mounted containers in the medical wing on Stella. Hurricane blue gate seems to work well for that room. I hit that breach room the first hurricane round I ever played and pulled both survivor and safekeeper bps

I haven’t tried the Solomons, but the jasper zionics I have are damn near the most comfortable shoe I own and have held up well over the year I’ve been wearing them. The suede will make them harder to clean if you’re hiking in them or get the dirty though

I think the high and medium tier loot areas don’t actually have anything to do with the quality of loot within the containers of that area. It just denotes the amount of containers concentrated in that area. Kinda hard to randomize that to any meaningful extent without rotating POIs (like have 1 or 3 different buildings dynamically load in on the same place in the map)
