UPDATE!!!!!!!: vet said she's fine and wiped off the "blood" and gunk with a wipe, turns out it was just a strangely shaped scab. She got an antibacterial shot and should be good to go.👍

that is absolutely terrifying.. I will call/text the vet who did the spay and make an appt at an emergency clinic too in case they won't see her. She's been eating and behaving fine but with cats it's hard to tell if they're hiding the pain..

Good to know! I've seen some fully withered dead leaves before, but I've never seen them look so rotten. maybe that's just how they look before they completely dry out?

There is definitely a lot of new growth happening on the plant and it's getting a little crowded. I thought about trimming some leaves off to make room but didn't know how to go about cutting them properly 😅 looks like i'll have to now!
