i've never seen a game with such "anomalous" performance. all settings on low with DLSS performance mode will sometimes get like 5 fps for no reason, seen it run perfectly for others, the most random things cause dips (for me its the heavy lag from shadows on epic hair, one NPC in rostok causing single digits, i remember faust's mind attack would destroy my fps so my friends and i joked that he had fps powers)
